Shipping

We offer fast and secure domestic and international shipping.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the country, area and weight of the order. The rates shown correspond to the minimum shipping cost for orders weighing up to 1 kg. For orders over this weight, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.

Spain and Portugal

• Spanish Peninsula: free shipping.
• Balearic Islands: from €4.99 · Free on orders over €60.
• Canary Islands: from €12.99 · Free on orders over €90.
• Mainland Portugal: free shipping.

We ship with Correos Express to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, and with Correos to the Canary Islands.

Estimated delivery times

• Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal: between 3 and 5 business days.
• Canary Islands: between 3 and 7 business days (delivery times may vary due to customs procedures).

For shipments to the Canary Islands, a DNI/NIE identification number will be required for customs clearance.

Europe

We ship via UPS to France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Ireland, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Sweden and the Czech Republic.

United Kingdom

• Shipping via UPS.
• Free shipping on orders over €90.

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other customs charges. Where applicable, these charges must be paid by the customer and are not included in the price of the order or the shipping costs.

Norway

• Shipping from €9.99.
• Free shipping on orders over €60.
• Shipping via UPS Express.
• Estimated delivery between 3 and 5 business days.

We do not ship to countries not listed on this page.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can request a return within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

• Be unopened and unused.
• Be in perfect condition.
• Be in its original packaging.

All our fragrances over 25 ml include a sample vial so you can try the fragrance before opening the full-size product. This way, if the fragrance does not connect with you, you can request a return as long as the main product remains unopened.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed or used.

Products excluded from returns

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of:

• Discovery Sets.
• Individual samples.
• Products that have been opened, used or unsealed.

Requesting a return or cancellation

Customers who have an account with our store can manage return or cancellation requests directly from their customer account.

Return costs and procedure

If the return is due to an error by Perfumes Jimmy Boyd or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange collection or provide the customer with the necessary instructions to return the product.

If the return is due to a change of mind or the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once the return request has been accepted, the customer must send the product back to our facilities using their preferred shipping company and at their own expense. We will provide the address and the necessary return instructions.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed. The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. Perfumes Jimmy Boyd is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during a return shipment arranged by the customer.

Undelivered or uncollected orders

If an order is automatically returned to Perfumes Jimmy Boyd because it could not be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, because delivery could not be completed after the carrier's delivery attempts, or because the order was not collected within the established period at the collection point, the customer will not need to arrange a return shipment.

Once the package has been received at our facilities, the corresponding order amount will be refunded, minus a fixed €5.99 return and logistics handling fee.

This fee will not apply when the return or failed delivery is attributable to Perfumes Jimmy Boyd or the shipping company.

Refund

Once the product has been received at our facilities and we have verified that it meets the return conditions, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 7 business days.

Return recommendations

We recommend packaging the products properly to prevent damage during transport.

We also recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Perfumes Jimmy Boyd is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during a return shipment.
