What is a perfume?
It is a balanced blend of ethyl alcohol, distilled water and essential oils, designed to create a unique olfactory experience.
What is the difference between the different types of fragrance?
According to their fragrance concentration, they are generally classified as: Eau de Cologne / Eau de Toilette / Eau de Parfum / Parfum, from lower to higher intensity.
What is the difference between organic, ecological and bio fragrances?
Although the terms may vary from country to country, they refer to products made with raw materials of natural origin, cultivated while limiting the use of pesticides and synthetic substances.
What is the difference between an organic and a conventional product?
An organic product uses raw materials obtained according to organic farming criteria and production processes that place particular importance on the origin of ingredients and environmental impact.
Do Jimmy Boyd perfumes contain phthalates, parabens or preservatives?
No. Our fragrances are free from phthalates, parabens and preservatives. They are also vegan and cruelty-free.
We work with formulations based on ingredients of natural origin and certified by ACENE, following its standards for natural and organic cosmetics.
How long does a perfume last on the skin?
It depends on its composition. Citrus notes tend to evaporate more quickly, while woody or spicy notes usually last longer.
Do natural perfumes last less?
Not necessarily. Many natural formulations offer excellent longevity thanks to the quality of the essences used.
Do natural perfumes stain clothes?
Normally they should not, although we recommend applying fragrance directly to the skin and avoiding delicate fabrics.
Application and care
How should I store a perfume or lotion?
Avoid heat, direct sunlight and sudden changes in temperature. Store it in a cool, dry place.
What is the best way to apply perfume?
Apply it to pulse points such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears. Avoid rubbing the fragrance, as this can affect how the scent develops.
Why does a perfume smell different on each person?
Factors such as skin pH, body temperature and individual skin characteristics influence how a fragrance develops and is perceived.
Can I use natural perfumes if I have sensitive skin?
Yes, although we always recommend testing the product on a small area of skin before using it regularly.
What does it mean when a perfume contains energy crystals?
It means that it contains natural stones selected for their energetic properties, intended to enrich the sensory experience of the perfume.
Orders and shipping
Do you use recyclable or sustainable packaging?
Yes. At Jimmy Boyd, we prioritise recyclable materials and environmentally conscious processes.
Do you offer international shipping?

How long does delivery take?
In Spain, delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days. For the rest of Europe, delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. You can return a product within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided it has not been opened or used and is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
